See your money move in real time
We're excited to launch two features our merchants have been requesting: real-time settlement tracking and webhook delivery analytics. Both are available now in your Pochipay dashboard at no additional cost.
These tools give you complete visibility into the two most critical aspects of payment operations: when your money arrives and whether your systems are receiving transaction notifications reliably.
Real-time settlement dashboard
The new Settlement Dashboard shows you exactly where your funds are at every stage of the settlement process — from capture to clearing to deposit.
Key features include: live settlement status for every transaction, filterable by date, currency, payment method, and acquirer; projected settlement amounts by day with automatic FX conversion at locked rates; historical settlement reports with CSV and API export for reconciliation; and settlement anomaly alerts that flag delays or discrepancies before they become problems.
For merchants processing across multiple currencies, the dashboard provides a unified view with real-time FX rate snapshots, so you always know exactly what you'll receive in your settlement currency.
Webhook delivery analytics
Webhooks are the backbone of modern payment integrations, but debugging delivery failures has traditionally been painful. Our new Webhook Analytics panel changes that.
You can now see delivery success rates by endpoint with 1-minute granularity, detailed logs for every webhook attempt including request/response payloads, automatic retry history showing which events required multiple delivery attempts, and latency percentiles so you can monitor your endpoint performance.
If a webhook delivery fails, you can inspect the full payload and response, then manually retry with a single click. You can also set up alerts for delivery failure rate thresholds to catch integration issues early.
Getting started
Both features are live now in your Pochipay dashboard — no configuration needed. Navigate to Settlements for the real-time dashboard, or Developers → Webhooks for delivery analytics.
We've also added new API endpoints for programmatic access to settlement and webhook data. Check our API docs for the full reference.
As always, we'd love your feedback. If there are additional views or filters you'd find useful, drop us a note at [email protected].
